This is your opportunity to own a beach apartment on the 12th floor of ESJ Towers! You’ll wake up to a panoramic ocean view and crescent beach that extends from Isla Verde to Piñones in the distance. The open floor plan and private balcony give you a great view from the entire living/dining/kitchen areas. The large primary bedroom easily fits a king bed with lots of space left over. The unique ensuite resort-style bathroom is a 'split design' with double vanities and shower adjacent to the bedroom and a completely separate water closet (with toilet and sink). You even have a combination clothes washer/dryer unit in the bedroom closet. Accessible from both elevator banks - the condo also has an excellent reserved underground parking space that is only 30 feet from the lobby entrance. ESJ Towers is one of Isla Verde's favorite family-oriented condo-hotel resorts directly on Isla Verde Beach. This is one of the very few condos that have secure supervised access to the beach directly outside the lobby. The ESJ Towers lobby has a concierge, tour desk, bar, snack bar/restaurant, card room, game room and mailboxes. Lower level has a fitness center, and the upper level has a newly renovated pool area (scheduled to open by the end of 2026). There is also a common laundry room - although you have your own washer/dryer combo in your apartment. Shops, restaurants, supermarkets and nightlife are all within a few blocks walk. Foxwood Casino is just next door at the legendary Fairmont El San Juan Hotel with a special short-cut’ entrance for ESJ Towers residents. Public transportation is a few blocks away: Take the #5 bus to the Airport, Isla Verde, Punta las Marias, Ocean Park, the hip Calle Loiza neighborhood, the Santurce Arts District (La Placita/Plaza del Mercado, Museums, Fine Arts Center, Calle Cerra Nightlife and Conservatory of Music), Miramar Historic District and on to Old San Juan. The #53 bus also goes to the Airport, Isla Verde, Punta las Marias, Ocean Park, the hip Calle Loiza neighborhood and then continues to the Condado tourist area, Convention Center, T-Mobil District and on to Old San Juan. ESJ Towers is also one of San Juan’s most successful condo-hotels with years of experience with both short-term rentals and long-term residents. The apartment has its own electric meter. Water is included in HOA. Apartment is wired for cable (Liberty) but is currently not connected. There is a generator for elevators and common areas of the building. Water cistern provides water for all apartments - although in extreme situations there may be scheduled water service in the apartments. NOTE: The pool area is currently under renovation and should be completed by the upcoming tourism season. The pool overlooking the ocean plus direct beach access has always set ESJ Towers above and beyond condos and hotels located further back along Isla Verde Avenue.
